This computer should have been wiped clean. It was not. I had to take it into apple support location to correct the issue. I ended up dropping another $60 to get everything fixed.

Item arrived damaged, seller asked me to take it to Apple, I did. Took over a week to get the screen replaced (under warranty). Sent wrong charger with it, was nice enough to ship me another one 10 days later. Communication is lacking, I would not get replies days at a time...glad this is over now.

Where shall I start. I bought a 7 plus from this seller, turned out it was stolen, received a message from verizon that the phone will be deactivated and service will suspended because the phone was reported stolen. Took the seller 2-3 days to get back to me with information about potentially unlocking it, he couldn't because it was obviously stolen. Ill give him this, he sent me an overnight label to send back to him. However, it was returned and it took him over a week to even respond to me. I had to open a PayPal case because he wasn't responding to me or swappa staff. PayPal ended up refunding me because of buyer protection and i provided them with the tracking info. Anyways, I was out a phone for over 2 weeks because the one i bought from him was stolen and unusable, and couldn't purchase another without the refund. Bottom line, DONT BUY FROM THIS SELLER!! HE SELLS STOLEN PHONES!! Such a headache
