Defective wall plug and cable provided. Had to purchase my own to verify that the device is working properly. Phone worked for a short while, then dies completely after use, and requires a new battery after taking it to the Apple Store and waiting for hours (seller failed to accurately describe this deformity in the product description page). Returned phone to seller and required intervention from Swappa to get communication even start. Communication from the seller was sparse with no clarification or steps to help resolve the issue. Will not do business with them again.

The device is almost perfect. It does have warranty until Dec 06, 2018. There's no sign of use. However, the Volume Up key is a bit more flushed (like 1mm) to the body than the Volume Down key. It works just fine, just aesthetically not proper.
