Damaged.

Phone was damaged. I didn't notice for a while because I don't often use headphones, but the jack is so badly damaged you can't use headphones in it. Also silent switch doesn't work, you can still mute the phone by turning the volume all the way down, but still damaged.

Paid decent amount of money for a 2 year old phone, shouldn't have had this much damage.

Seller did respond but responded negatively about a phone I wanted to return the same day I received it, when it would not turn on immediately. Seller charge a high restock fee. I would be careful with this seller. PayPal and Swappa stepped in and corrected it. Thanks PayPal and Swappa

This phone sucks .... it shuts off and on ... has a battery issue it charges to 100 % in 5 secs then it dies to 1 % takes long to turn back on .. glitches ..

Defective wall plug and cable provided. Had to purchase my own to verify that the device is working properly. Phone worked for a short while, then dies completely after use, and requires a new battery after taking it to the Apple Store and waiting for hours (seller failed to accurately describe this deformity in the product description page). Returned phone to seller and required intervention from Swappa to get communication even start. Communication from the seller was sparse with no clarification or steps to help resolve the issue. Will not do business with them again.

Awful experience.

Item arrived damaged, seller asked me to take it to Apple, I did. Took over a week to get the screen replaced (under warranty). Sent wrong charger with it, was nice enough to ship me another one 10 days later. Communication is lacking, I would not get replies days at a time...glad this is over now.

Phone stopped working after 5 months. Won't charge. Apple store said the phone has many non apple parts as well as Apple parts from 2014 installed and they cannot repair it. Sent phone back to seller per his request. Has not responded to questions. Tracking number shows phone was received.

The phone came with some kind of interior damage and does not work. The seller and Swappa never responded to my problem.

Purchased the device considered as "fair" due to cosmetic damage .. However when the phone got here the battery was defective .. Only lasts about 2 hours and when i contacted the seller for a possible exchange or refund i never got a response.. The phone also seemed to have the screen replaced and it was crooked... I purchased a battery and replaced it on my own..

Where shall I start. I bought a 7 plus from this seller, turned out it was stolen, received a message from verizon that the phone will be deactivated and service will suspended because the phone was reported stolen. Took the seller 2-3 days to get back to me with information about potentially unlocking it, he couldn't because it was obviously stolen. Ill give him this, he sent me an overnight label to send back to him. However, it was returned and it took him over a week to even respond to me. I had to open a PayPal case because he wasn't responding to me or swappa staff. PayPal ended up refunding me because of buyer protection and i provided them with the tracking info. Anyways, I was out a phone for over 2 weeks because the one i bought from him was stolen and unusable, and couldn't purchase another without the refund. Bottom line, DONT BUY FROM THIS SELLER!! HE SELLS STOLEN PHONES!! Such a headache
