The phone was listed as "near mint". The screen is almost perfect. The body (as described) was kinda beat up. So good there. Everything works, but the phone was FILTHY. Took lots of cleaning, including around the microphone, which was working but hardly. After a couple rounds of cleaning thoroughly, it works fine.

Currently writing this from my new phone- great condition with a few light and barely noticable scratches on the screen. Put a case and a new screen cover and it's like new. Really pleased with this purchase!

finally got everything swapped over to the new phone. everything appears to be as described and fully functional.

Gadget did not assist in tracking the phone after I reported it did not arrive. Gadget told me that USPS had been called and that they said the package was not eligible for a claim. I spoke with USPS and they told me that nobody but myself had inquired about the package and that I could file a claim.
