I received the phone on time and in good condition.

Seller was slow communicating, like once per day.
Normally no big deal, but i was on tight schedule they didn't seem interested in meeting. But phone came quickly and condition as advertised, better even.

The phone looks great but my only problem is that it has screen burns. It did not say in the description under damage and I verified with the seller and I was told it has no screen burn. But other than that so far it seems ok.

I received a defective phone but the seller gave me an excellent replacement. Here's my experience:

Pros: Seller offered a great price for the phone. Replies within a day, and will follow rules to be in good standing with Swappa. Seller also gave me a great replacement phone, same as the one originally advertised.

Seller didn't initially want to refund the whole return shipping reimbursement, but did so at the end after a reminder from Swappa.

In the end I got the phone I wanted at a great price. The seller is legit and wants to stay in good standing. So for this reason, I would recommend others to purchase from this seller.

Great condition but had trouble setting up Instagram account until realized settings was set to block text messages from Instagram.

Phone died after 4 months and seller refused to refund, replace, or offer discount on another item. Terrible customer service

The condition was, as with other phones purchased through swappa, better than the description led one to believe it would be. In fact, the only obvious thing that kept this phone from being 'showroom quality', were minute scratches around the charging port. Would/will buy from this source again in a New
York Minute.

Very good experience. Device exactly as described. Only minor quibble is that phone wasn't completely in "factory reset" mode - someone had clearly gone through the pre-setup part after factory resetting the phone. Would have preferred this not to be the case as there's no way to know if someone put malicious software on the device.

This seller was extremely hard to work with. They sent me a phone with a defective battery,and offered to pay less than half of the return shipping. They refused to send a replacement device until they had received the return.all in all it took 2 and a half weeks to get the product I paid for. Swappa had to force them to cover the full return cost.
