I'm taking this as a loss. The phone is great everything works except for wifi. when i first got the phone i was trying to add my google account but i couldn't on wifi. i had to use data and i was very upset. there are a lot of talk on the internet with the lg v10 about wifi that i was unaware of.

I did not recieve the correct phone, it wasn't unlocked as said in description, so I returned it in order to get a refund, but I did not hear back from them for a while, until I opened a complaint with paypal, that's when I finally got my refund. To put it short, it was a long harrowing process.

The phone arrived in like-new condition, which I am very happy about.

However, the phone did NOT COME UNLOCKED. I had to flash the T-Mobile ROM myself and use the T-Mobile unlock app that way but this phone did not come with the T-Mobile ROM which was very disappointing. Also, the charger that is sent with it is not good, and is not the official OnePlus charger.

Only odd thing is the phone only charges if the cable is plugged in the same way.... So kinda like micro USB only it fits both times but only charges on one of the sides? Other than that it works great.
