Seller assured the phone is "post-paid". Turns out it wasn't. It was a "prepaid" phone; this fact has been confirmed by multiple Verizon in-store personnel when looking up my account information tied with this S9+. However, the phone is as described. All features work, cosmetic condition is as expected. And Wi-Fi calling which should be blocked due to this phone being pre-paid, it wasn't. Soooo...all's well I guess.

Phone works as described. The LCD burn in is a little worse than I thought but that's my fault for not reading thoroughly enough. It shouldn't matter for what I'm using it for, Google Voice phone. Thanks for the quick shipping and getting me tracking right away! A+ service

Much to my surprise the listing said it was in fair condition and I found this to be not at all true, I couldn't see any wear or dents yet alone scratches on the phone which made me wonder why it was listed as such as the phone looks like it's in mint condition. Got the phone super quickly. I've taken the time to thoroughly review the hardware and everything works great. The phone was still running an older version of Android (8.1.0 with security patch Sept 2018). I flashed the latest full OTA image. Y'all might want to update the software for future customers. Received phone quickly but the phone had an unadvertised defect on the screen, don't know how it got through their inspection. Refund was issued a day after they received the phone back. Negative sale experience, but positive refund experience.
