So far, the device is better than described. Shipping was very good speed-wise.

Only comment is that you probably shouldn't put a glass screen protector on a shatterproof phone because it defeats the purpose. I thought this was a plastic screen protector, so it is a slight inconvenience that I will have to fix.

It turns out that this device is DEP locked. Please do a better job of vetting your used devices.

Nice phone, works well and was for a good price

Shipping was fast, however the device smells like smoke. It's not unbearable, just not what I would have expected with a "Mint" condition device.

The device was received in condition as listed.

Maybe move the damage description to the top of the listing. It's my fault that i didn't notice it but I didn't. The photos don't really show the burn in unless you already know it's there. Again, my fault, but my frustration could have been avoided by something that I would put at the top of the post. Just bad design.

The phone was physically in good condition, however once plugged into the charger, a notification window pops up stating that, "Moisture has been detected." Phone will not properly charge.
