Would have liked to see the computer shipped with the 2m usb c that comes with the original Chromebook (instead of the shorter 1m usb c that comes with the pixel phones). The listing also specified that it was going to come with the retail packaging and manuals. Ultimately, not a deal breaker but a bit disappointed that I know have to spend an additional $30 to get the longer cord. The machine itself was as described.

Sales experience was decent. There weer some undocumented issues with the product I order but I'm not going to raise a flag about it(pixel discoloration in one area). Otherwise my Pixelbook is nice. Not enthused but not entirely dissatisfied either.

Screen is significantly more scratched than I expected and the Sim card tray protrudes from the frame. I don't think these were clearly described in the listing, but the phone works.

A mistake was made and the wrong item was shipped to me. The correct item was sent and it was taken care of but the sale took much longer than it should have because of the mix up. That being said I am satisfied with the purchase.

Great product, not 100% as advertised. Had a scrape on the front screen. Happy none the less...

Does not have a Surface load. I cannot detach the screen because of the errors it is not loaded correctly for a surface. I am not technical so I will have to pay to have it corrected. Seller commented he would provide a stylus but now is not doing that. Seller is a very rude person.

Phenomenal

The good news is. Even though it takes time I was able to communicate with the seller and the pixel slate I purchase does work. The downside is I did not receive a charger with power delivery so I am unable to charge the device appropriately. The seller did send me another charger but this one was also not strong enough to power the device with PD. I appreciate him trying. Would recommend him but takes a little time to communicate.

Shipping issues and item was not a New item as listed. Worked out an arrangement with the seller for a partial reufnd and transaction is now complete.

Was finally able to port over an existing phone number and can confirm all is working.

There was no scratch or blemishes on the bezel as stated on the profile of the phone I purchased. The front screen had very noticeable scratches. This is something that should have been noted .

Pixelbook was locked to the seller's account. He should have factory reset it. I had to search google on how to powerwash. The unit was dirty, had to wipe it down with some effort.

Received about six days after purchase, product as described, everything appears to be in working condition.

LCD has burn in. Seller never responded to requests. Wouldn't purchase again.

As expected. But shipping was slow. Purchased on Fri, Sep 27 taken to post office on "October 1, 2019,1:12 pm Accepted at USPS Origin Facility CHICAGO, IL 60610" When I asked about it getting to the post office he lied and said it was taken there on Monday Sep 30 in the AM. But he also knew it would only need to travel about 60 or 70 miles, and it did get to my house on October 2.

Device not as described, returned and seller refunded

Phone works great, however there are 2 scratches on the upper right side and bottom left side of the screen. The usb C cable provided also doesn't work. Other than that, everything else is great and is described.

Phone was in decent shape, communication was severely lacking with seller.

Product had issues. Though i had to do video to prove the problem (a bit extra since it should be the responsibility of the seller to know their product works or not), the seller did provide a refund (minus return shipping cost from me)

The phone was physically in good condition, however once plugged into the charger, a notification window pops up stating that, "Moisture has been detected." Phone will not properly charge.

Phone is in good shape, matches the description. Shipping was really slow, took ten days from order to arrival (Chicago > Cleveland - not that far).

Device has screen burn in and also a dot. Sometimes Data servicesgoes away on the phone

Seller sent a different product than advertised, but worked to fix his mistake.

Phone seems to be working fine. Disappointing experience with seller though.
Very poor communication, 3 days to respond to when it will ship request, had to involve Swappa team for any responses. 8 days and i finally got the phone. Charger was heavily used and not working. Also not a "turbo" charger as is standard with Moto Z. Advise anyone to check all details prior to buying.

The seller in my opinion took too long to ship the item even though he was just inside the allowed margin.

Device was as listed, did not get the USB cable and charger that were listed, but not a big deal, the big deal was the lack of communication and very slow shipping even after seller said he would ship it that day it was still a couple days later. It was more frustrating because I specifically asked for it to be shipped as soon as possible.

It took the seller 7 days to ship. Phone was received as described.

Device was described as "Near Mint", however, phone was broken. Luckily the phone was still under warranty and I was able to get it fixed. Seller was resistant to take the phone back and was rude initially. Shipping was also slow - it took seller 3 days to ship out the phone.

I found that the lens of the camera on the phone has small scratches on it but it seems to cause no issues AND the promised charger included is a NOKIA charger and not original for the phone. It will charge it, but slowly and I can't help but feel will not be good for it. I requested a standard LG 2ma charger, but received no reply from seller
