Phone was as advertised

The phone was in great shape and came with a good case. The charger that is sent with the phone is wrong though, and it wont charge my phone. Someone else mentioned this in another review so I wasn't surprised. The charger for my old phone works fine with my new phone. Thanks!

Phone works great, however there are 2 scratches on the upper right side and bottom left side of the screen. The usb C cable provided also doesn't work. Other than that, everything else is great and is described.

Product had issues. Though i had to do video to prove the problem (a bit extra since it should be the responsibility of the seller to know their product works or not), the seller did provide a refund (minus return shipping cost from me)

I received all the items, but the charger was faulty and the surface had about a 2-hour battery life, which is not what I was expecting. I had to order a new charger myself because the seller takes too long to respond to messages and did not provide me with another charger.
