Had an issue with muffled sound and the screen stayed on while talking on the phone. Got it fix, but those problems weren't listed when bought.

I ordered a Samsung Galaxy S4 in "good" condition. It was shipped promptly and I received it in about three days. The price was reasonable and the phone looked and worked as expected. However after testing the assorted components we found that the phone was unable to make or receive phone calls.

I contacted Wisephone and they were very quick to reply. Without any argument they agreed to a refund, and after receive the returned phone i was refunded immediately.

The Phone arrived quickly and was in great condition and still works perfectly fine.

Communication seemed a little slow but this was during the holiday so I take that into account. Item received as expected.

The iphone 5G was received in "good" condition, as provided in the description. Unfortunately the iphone began to glitch and progressively got worse. Now it is unusable and once again I am phoneless ): It was nice while it lasted!

only thing is shipping is with USPS which is the biggest pain in the ass.. literally had to chase the truck because my neighbors car was blocking my mail box.. and these people wont get out their trucks instead they write on computer"un able to deliver" and make you drive to downtown!! SMH

Battery is already dead in phone .... shuts off at 40%... sometimes it goes to 40% within 10 minutes. Phone is useless without battery uograde at Apple for $80

Got non-functional device and returned. Otherwise sales process and return worked well.

Only issue (and why it's 4-stars instead of 5) is that the phone was shipped with the Apple ID still activated, meaning that I could not access it to transfer to my account. I posted this to the Swappa page, and the seller turned off the ID within an hour - all was fine going forward, despite a little scare!

Phone was as described. Shipping was decently fast. My only compliant was the packaging which was nothing more than some thin bubble-wrap and a envelope. While not horrific, I would have like a little more cushion in there to protect it.

Home button on the first phone wasn't working, seller shipped replacement that work, and paid for the return shipping. Overall a good experience. Seller was a little slow responding at times but he stated he was busy which I can understand.
