Bought the international unlocked phone that my sibling could use oversees . After some time the phone was restarted and they couldn’t use it anymore (they went to go get it fixed and was told since it’s an american phone they can’t do anything). Wish I could get my money back but will not be buying again.

Phone was "sold" to someone else I was told that's why the order got canceled.

the cell phone was in very bad condition, full of pikes and a LOT of marks on the screen, the seller said it was in good condition but it was fair

Fake aftermarket parts on iPhone, had to involve PayPal for refund.

Item came as described and was in working order. However, an issue arrived with the express shipping and lack of communication from the seller that delayed past the agreed shipping date. Error was on communication thru the pay system for error but with lack of communication from the seller and comments after the fact will not buy from him if I need my phone quickly.

Phone was still under contract. Money owed

Seller attempted to sell me a phone that they no longer actually owned. After I requested a refund, they tried to sell me a different phone, and initially ignored my request for a refund while trying to sell me a different phone I did not want.

Seller then called my restating that I wanted a refund 'rude', and blamed the poor interaction on me, rather than their secondary upsell attempt.

Very poor experience in terms of service. The money was eventually refunded.

I have tried to activate this phone, but was not able to due to it being reported as stolen.

The phone I received does not appear to be the phone listed in the ad. The camera on the back has a crack and the phone has several technological glitches including not showing the time/battery, speaker phone causes unusual noises for both parties, and several others. Very disappointed with this.

This phone has been a nightmare. The speakers don't work and it won't charge. I contacted the seller, but I am past the warranty.

PHONE WAS NOT UNLOCKED LIKE THE LISTING STATED

Phone had glitches but I did not realize it until after 30 days. I was thinking they were settings that needed to be adjusted with the new phone until after I went to the ATT store. The home button rarely vibrated the phone, the phone would sometimes crash, the screen became unresponsive within a few months, and the battery wouldn’t hold a charge while in my pocket for 12 hours without dying after a few months. The phone was also refurbished. I do not recall reading the phone was refurbished but it may have been disclosed.

Sold me a borderline fake phone. The battery life was 3 hours on a full charge when received despite battery health showing 98%. After a couple months battery life was 45-60 minutes on a full charge. Took it into the local apple store for a routine battery replacement and got quite the surprise. The apple technician said that they glass, display, chassis, and battery were all cheap crappy third party components. On top of that, internals were missing and there was simply voids inside the phone where parts should be. BUYERS BEWARE. While you might technically get an iphone, it will die fast and will have zero genuine apple components except for the processor.

Hello I'm been very disappointed with purchase. This phone was a gift I sent out of country. I didn't using the po phone here in USA I sent to back in my country. The has many problems which were not described in swappa. The battery health is keep going down day by day. The phone bumped up on the right side. When we turn on there's a white flash light on the side. I'm really disappointed with this purchase. Especially I gave this phone as a gift to my friends for 350$ and have all this issue. I would like to have my money back

The phone I received has had the screen replaced or tampered with and this was not clarified in the post. The black rubber waterproof lining for the screen was hanging out of the space between the screen and the body of the phone. The screen also appears to still be raised compared to my previous Iphone 7, I have a feeling this is because of the screen replacement. The silence switch does not function correctly either, I flip the switch down and the phone will not respond and then 10 minutes later will say "silent mode on", again, a thing that may have been caused by the screen replacement. Swappa, please be aware of these issues for future buyers.

I would not recommend buying from this seller. I had an issue with the phone and requested a return for a refund. The seller responded with probing questions three times before offering an address to return the phone to. I shipped the phone back, which arrived on a Monday. It took several messages from me and eventually one from the Swappa staff before the seller would process my refund. It took over a week after receiving the phone for the seller to process my refund.

I thought I made a good purchase but now I my Iphone restarts every 20 mins and now it needs a new battery. thanks alot

Headset connector is basic accessory but was missing, iPhone was working but after iOS update to 13.1.1 it could not be activated.
It shows: "No Service" and iTunes could not activate despite it is unlocked.
I have to take it to Apple store but I am very disappointed.

The phone was returned and I received a refund

The seller sent me a locked phone that was supposed to be unlocked. I had to return it. He received the return on Wednesday. It's now Friday night and he has not yet refunded my money.

Not happy with the product. The battery is faulty.

The screen has been replaced with a cheap LCD glass. Poorer-Quality LCD Panels
The image quality of the LCD panel is very bad and it has issues like:-
Weaker brightness, contrast and vibrancy
Much lower resolution, and resulting “coarse” appearance
Reduced refresh rate

Faulty screen had to replace it

Seller failed to note the device had been repaired, and rated the screen as 10/10. The screen used for repair has issues with force touch, even when 3D touch setting is set to "light" a hard press is required. The device is for one of my customers so returning and replacing is not an option as time is a factor. I will have to replace the screen with a quality one from my stock in order to give it to the customer with our warranty.

Seller refused to help when the device was broken. Would not buy again from Wisephone ER.

Phone came cracked with screen lifting off of the phone. Looks like its about to snap off. I have to pay $140 to get the screen fixed now.

Bought an iPhone 6 that broke 2 months later....the internal antenna was defective and Apple was unable to fix so I had to buy a whole new phone for $300.....seller didn’t stand by his product and basically said that what happened was a common manufacturers issue....seller sold phone to me eventhough at Apple they said the IMEI associated came back stating that received an already damaged item...

Refunded the buyer instead of properly fulfilling the sale after delayed responses.

Quick delivery... but Seller did not insure when shipping and never honors their own warranty when the phone was found out to be financed.

I would not recommend this seller and here's why. I bought 2 iphones at the same time as a "combo" deal. One of the phones would not charge due to a bad charging port. I paid the return shipping so they could "fix" it. They sent that phone back with a detached screen. I returned this phone again for a refund and the seller paid for shipping. On the second phone when I requested that AT&T unlock it, the unlock was refused due to it being under financial obligations and sellers aren't supposed to be selling phones on here like that. After swappa insisted the seller make the situation right, he offered to take it back The only reason I didn't give him one star is because he agreed to take back both phones.

Unfortunately the temporary fix you did to fix the button did not last long. stuffing material behind the button to make it click is not a fix, it is fraud. It just cost me $80 to have it replaced correctly.

Phone works but there is a crack right over my front camera..... Not happy with quality

iPhone 6 was as described on the outside and shipping was timely...phone worked great and was pleased for a couple months with this purchase...then the issues started rearing up. Within a couple months the screen separated from the phone, resulting in having to attempt gluing it but eventually we paid to replace it. Also something was goofy with the plug in port/speaker when headphones were plugged in they didn't work at all, scratchy sounds was all...then phone volume wouldn't work as it acted like headphones were still connected!? Resulted in having to replace that piece too...reception with this phone is terrible, difficult to get calls through...husband and I have the same iphones purchased new through our carrier and not these issues...was great at first and was happy originally about this "find", but after two months things went south and I think we were sold a bit of a lemon...would rather have spent money upfront at this point for new phone with warranty!!

Got non-functional device and returned. Otherwise sales process and return worked well.
