The seller was excellent — they responded very quickly and shipped the phone promptly. The phone arrived in the listed mint condition, with everything in perfect shape except for one extremely minor ding. The seller also included a screen protector and three cases, which was a great bonus. From what I can tell, the phone is fully functional in every way. Overall, I’m very happy with my purchase. I was initially skeptical, as this was my first time buying a used phone and using Swappa, but the experience exceeded my expectations.
