What happens if the buyer wants to return the item or I need to refund the item on Swappa Local?


Returns and refunds don’t happen often, and sellers aren’t required to accept returns due to buyer's remorse -- but they may choose to do so.

If an item sold on Swappa Local isn’t as advertised or needs a return due to some issue, we recommend arranging a local meetup to avoid additional shipping charges. Pick a safe spot, like a police station or a Starbucks.
