A "buy lock" or a “listing is temporarily unavailable” error occurs when two or more users are trying to purchase the same listing.

If you receive an error that mentions a buy lock or notes that a listing is unavailable for purchase, please wait for about 10 minutes and try again.

If the error persists, please reach out to our support team via our help desk (and include a link to the listing, the error message you received – and if possible, a screenshot).
