Oneplus 12 was listed as Good condition with light scratches, but upon arrival, it was clear there were some issues with the quality of the device that were not noted in the description. The seller did give me a refund for the full amount after I noted the disparity in a reasonable amount of time after communicating through the private sale chat.

Devices must have iCloud/ Google/Samsung accounts and passcodes removed prior to returning, any passcodes or associated accounts will result in holds and refusal of returns.
Claims for item not as described or damages must be submitted within 3 calendar days within receiving the item.
