Need to return phone because the phone is not unlocked for other networks apartment from Verizon wireless
Phone is good. Seller took a while to get the phone sent out, which seemed unnecessary.
Item is as described
the phone is as described. However, When I open it the battery is too low to even turn the phone on.
Item appears to be fully functional.
The devices shipping was so poor that I'm surprised it survived the journey--and I am a bit disappointed considering I payed for express shipping. But as of writing this, the phone is fully functional and exactly as described.
The phone seems to work fine and in good condition but the charger is not for the phone I bought.
Sent money only to be notified 14 hours later that the sale was refunded due to the phone being broken. Disappointed to say the least, but I at least had my money refunded.

Return & Refund Policies
30 Day warranty provided on all devices for functionality. Warranty starts on the date of delivery per tracking information provided. Return label can be provided for accepted claims.
15 Day Return
A restocking fee of $45 will apply if factory seal is broken( on Brand new Devices)
Devices must have iCloud/ Google/Samsung accounts and passcodes removed prior to returning, any passcodes or associated accounts will result in holds and refusal of returns.
Claims for item not as described or damages must be submitted within 3 calendar days within receiving the item.
ORDER CANCELLATIONS ARE SUBJECT TO A 5% FEE
Returns with no proven defect will be subject to return shipping and 10% restocking fee
