Very horrible customer service from this seller. I received the phone and had it set up but it would not work with Wi-Fi calling with the Verizon network. I have to use Verizon Wi-Fi calling in areas where there is no cell service. This phone does not work with Wi-Fi calling with the Verizon network. I could not hear the caller at all when I received or placed calls using Wi-Fi calling. I tested the phone several times and tried to change the settings in the phone but nothing worked. I had to return the phone and was charged a return shipping fee and a 10% restocking fee. The seller refuses to accept fact that the phone does not work well on the Verizon network and refused to refund the total cost of the phone. This is very very poor business practices and I will not ever do business with this company again and you shouldn't either.
