The phone worked the 1st day that I received it but now is no longer working. I tried to take it to the AT&T store won't accept my SIM has no service and now the phone won't even work at all.
The phone cracked with in two days in an otter box. I've never had a phone break so quickly. Seller offered 10 dollars off to remedy...I don't recommend
Received a problematic phone. As soon as I powered it on it had some boot loop issues. Then began receiving app error/crash messages, the phone would freeze, crash and restart.
Notified the seller who offered to take it back but due to the long distance we tried to work around it and the seller suggested taking it to a Samsung store. Took the phone to a Samsung Store, a technician assessed the phone. I was informed that the phone was flashed before and and incorrect software for S21 was installed. They flashed it and put on S21 Plus software and advised that this should solve the error messages but if the freezing and restarting continues then the next step would be to look into the hardware. I informed them that I was not interested in opening the device.
I informed the seller about the findings. The seller has refused to compensate me for the money spent to diagnose and flash the phone. I have sent the phone back to the seller at my expense.
Awaiting a refund
Received a locked phone after purchasing a phone that the description said was unlocked. Couldn't be unlocked in my country. Had to send back to seller at my expense. Refund was given but the journey was beyond frustrating. Swappa staff was very helpful
Seller did not ship 2-day as was advertised, and phone arrives with a broken speaker.
Pleased with the speed of delivery and the helpfulness of this seller. However, the phone did not recognize a SIM card and is therefore nonfunctional. Very disappointed!
Item could not be shipped via freight forwarder
Phone was shipped quickly but defective. I attempted to resolve the issue on my own which took a bit longer. When that wasn't possible the seller refused to assist in any way.

Return & Refund Policies
30 Day warranty provided on all devices for functionality. Warranty starts on the date of delivery per tracking information provided. Return label can be provided for accepted claims.
15 Day Return
A restocking fee of $45 will apply if factory seal is broken( on Brand new Devices)
Devices must have iCloud/ Google/Samsung accounts and passcodes removed prior to returning, any passcodes or associated accounts will result in holds and refusal of returns.
Claims for item not as described or damages must be submitted within 3 calendar days within receiving the item.
ORDER CANCELLATIONS ARE SUBJECT TO A 5% FEE
Returns with no proven defect will be subject to return shipping and 10% restocking fee
