I ordered a Samsung S7 advertised with 64GB memory. When I received it, the memory was only 32GB . I inquired with the seller, who responded that they would give me a certain percentage reduction. The following day, they offered to have the phone returned, although they had no 64GB in stock. I asked for the weekend to evaluate the phone, which they complied. I decided to keep the phone and notified them. After one reminder, they did refund a percentage of the original price. The phone was in very good condition and works well. I rated 3 stars because I think this transaction, and the messages back and forth, were pretty average. I do see they have other good ratings and the phone (understood as 32GB now) works well. I will consider them in the future as this may have just been an anomaly.
