received the phone fast. wasn't expecting it to be perfect but the screen was cracked at the top by the speaker only scratches and dents were on the ad. either way the phone worked.

The phone arrived quickly and in great shape, it looked new.

We had a slight problem activating it, but it turned out to be a dishonest Sprint Manager who was causing the “problem.” Another location got us up and running easily.
