The phone was listed in "Good" condition and it is in great shape. Almost no signs of prior use, no wear on anything, visible scratches, or problems with function. I also entered my address incorrectly and had to message the seller to change my address, they were great in helping me correct that mistake without a hassle prior to shipping. The phone came promptly and I am satisfied.

Iphone 6 in very good shape. Only had for one day, but the phone is working perfectly and with 99% battery health. Very happy it came with Apple charger and earbuds. Ordered on a Thursday, received 4 days later on Monday, one day earlier than expected.

All orders ship within 2 business days.
We ship through USPS First Class Mail (4-5 days), however if you do require it faster, please let us know, as Priority Mail services are available for an additional fee. Changes to shipping information that would void seller protection will need to follow Swappa Address Change Policy.

Return & Refund Policies

We offer a 30-day return policy. If you have received a product that is not in the condition or functionality as described, please send us a message within 30 days, so that we can solve the issue.
