Phone came with scratches all over the screen, and headphones weren’t shipped with the phone. When I did receive the headphones, they weren’t the right ones (iPhone 7 uses headphones with lightning connector, not 3.5 mm). When I inquired about getting the correct headphones I was told they don’t have lightning headphones. So you sell a phone with headphones that don’t even work with the device? Didn’t even come with lightning to 3.5 dongle, so no luck there.

Also, charger, cable, and incorrect headphones aren’t authentic Apple products, so be hesitant when using that charger.

All orders ship within 2 business days.
We ship through USPS First Class Mail (4-5 days), however if you do require it faster, please let us know, as Priority Mail services are available for an additional fee. Changes to shipping information that would void seller protection will need to follow Swappa Address Change Policy.

Return & Refund Policies

We offer a 30-day return policy. If you have received a product that is not in the condition or functionality as described, please send us a message within 30 days, so that we can solve the issue. We offer either a refund or replacement, depending on our current inventory volume. We offer free return shipping on all purchases. Devices must be returned within 14 days of notification.
