Very quick shipping! Company was very quick at responding.
But........
I don't mind a phone arriving with dings/scratches as those come with buying a used phone and were shown in the pictures, but I did expect to purchase a product that was fully functional. The phone arrived with adhesive sticking up all around the side of the phone causing the top left corner to not stick flush in the frame and lift. When talking on the phone, the volume through the ear piece is so low that one can not hear the caller even when the volume is at its max. Lastly, there is a problem with the battery. It dies in record time even when the phone is not being utilized, on power safe mode, etc. Very very disappointed! I thought an electronic company would have quality control checks in place......
