I was very disappointed to receive a phone that was not with the carrier that was advertised. It was a huge hassle to not only figure out with my provider but to return as well.

However, I appreciate that I was fully refunded and that they were very responsive. That is not always the case so I do want to mention this. They were professional and apologetic. While I was unhappy with the experience, this seller made a mistake and corrected it promptly. Also, Swappa staff was excellent. They were very involved in the whole transaction.
