Purchased the Iphone April 6, received April15. Returned April 18, seller received Phone April22. Refund received May 25....First the phone came wrong color but i was willing to accept. Then found out that the screen and battery was aftermarket which should not be described as mint condition. Then the phone could not get any signal, we tried 3 - 4 different SIM cards... Paypal refund failed at first due to Seller fund issues...The Just a horrible experience.

Second phone I have got from this seller that doesn't work. They don't have a way to talk to you other than through comments on Swappa and they lack initiative on processing returns or exchanges.
I ordered a pink iPhone 13 and it arrived in a timely matter but when I received it, it was the wrong color so I returned it for a refund. It has been 2 weeks since they received the device and I haven't received my refund. I am very disappointed and will not shop here again.
