IPhone has non-Apple display and battery. I got a warning as soon as the device powered up. Phone will not receive audio on cellular calls. I took the phone to my Verizon store and they swapped out the SIM card and it had the same problem. The Verizon store tech saw the warning in the settings about non-Apple parts and said I would need to take the phone to the Apple Store for repair. So I ended up trading the phone in on a new iPhone at Verizon. Last time I will ever use this vendor or Swappa.

The seller never sent my phone when they said that they did. I asked for a refund and I still never got it two after after purchasing a cell phone. They are very misleading. DO NOT buy from them. They will certainly scam you...

From the moment I received the iPhone13, there was a problem. The phone was not able to move past the initial start-up screens. The seller said I would get full reimbursement after I returned the phone.
I returned the phone with verified receipt. A month later, I have not received any indication that the reimbursement is coming and the seller is non-responsive.

Seller was deliberately misleading. Sent a damged phone meant to be in mint condition. Once I returned the item, the seller took 3 weeks to initiate the return and then cancelled it! Over a month later, they still had not refunded me and I had to take it into a dispute with PayPal. Shocked by the scammery of this seller - unprofessional and risky. Do not buy from this seller.

Good phone! Came in very quick too I recommend the seller he was quick to respond as well! It got delivered to the apartment next door, but I blame usps for not being literate, it wasn’t the sellers fault. I was able to go and retrieve it very quick with no problems! Thank you again!

Arrived as expected, closing a little late…

Received a phone that stopped working after 2 weeks. Sent phone back and ReCell stated that they have received it and that they initiated refund on May 19. It is June 12 and no money to be seen. Did not hear back from them and had to initiate a PayPal dispute to try to get my money back. Do NOT buy from ReCell!
