Received a phone that was supposed to be unlocked, it was in fact not unlocked. It was actually blacklisted due to the previous owner not paying it off (that’s what I was told anyway). Regardless, I contacted the seller, they agreed to the return and now they’re ghosting me. I’m waiting on a refund and was told by Swappa to start a dispute with PayPal since I’m having no luck with the seller. Save yourself the time and buy from someone else.

Device came as listed. Battery better state better than expected.

This was the worst Swappa experience I've had in my 5+ years of purchasing used electronics on this webiste. The phone came in worse condition than described and getting a refund after returning the phone had to be escalated to PayPal due to the lack of response after the refund failed to clear. This seller shouldn't be allowed on Swappa. Buyer beware.

The phone came damaged (microphone doesn't work). Have tried to get this fixed or replaced to no avail. Extremely frustrating experience!
