The phone I bought had a glitch on the keyboard and the screen was dim with a green tint. When I sent it back they offered to fix the keyboard, but told me that every phone would have the green tint (was not mentioned in the description). I asked for a refund and they obliged, but the swappa staff had to remind them because it took too long, and then I got a notification that they had attempted to refund me for less than I was entitled to, And the payment had failed. I brought this up and they did fix it eventually. Turned out fine, but still wouldn't recommend.

Seller didn’t read the order and send the wrong item. Also, offered to partial refund but didn’t say how much. The company is cordial but after canceling this purchase since they send the wrong item. The full refund took more than a month. I wouldn’t recommend this seller, I will not use it again.
