This seller sold an iPhone 12 with a battery that drains to zero once it passes 50% charged. This occurred within a month of receiving the phone. We have requested resolution and have not received a response. The battery expanded as well cracking the screen and is no longer usable. We will submit a claim with Swappa. Do not purchase from this seller

Horrible experience. Phone was shipped and would not connect to the network. Tried reaching the seller multiple times for refund or exchange, no response. Had to file a PayPal dispute.

The product is not as advertised! The iPhone 12 Mini is not entirely original the LCD display is not an authentic Apple LCD and due to this lack of authenticity the product is more highly proned to water damage as the phone recently stopped working after a bit or rain made contact with the Phone. This seller is a scammer and doesn’t provide the appropriate information for the device.

Do not buy from this seller. I bought a phone listed as “mint”. It has had major issues since day 1, including a very buggy touchscreen and poor battery life. The seller was completely unresponsive when I tried to contact them. I’ve been buying phones from swappa for years and this is the worst experience I’ve ever had.

Phone worked for a couple years. Before issues with Ghost touch.

Sent a defective phone, returned the phone back to re_Cell and they just took my phone and money. Incredibly disappointed since I've bought two phones off swappa before with no issues and this is the first time that a seller screwed me over. Swappa is also no help. STAY AWAY!!

the ad offered a unlocked phone and it turns out that no, it does not receive any telephony from my country, now I have to pay to have it unlocked locally but I need to know which phone service provided it in the United States
