I found these guys on a google search for a used and/or reconditioned iphone 5s. The web interface was simple, selection was very easy, as was the on-line purchase. The incredible thing was the phone arrived the following day, well packaged, in primo condition and has worked flawlessly since day one. I highly recommend these guys to anyone wanting a phone and wanting to save some money. I also had a quick question during the web session regarding expedited shipping. They answered the phone immediately and assisted me ($25.00 additional fee).

Shipped very fast, even from the Texas location to the Eastern US. External condition was exactly as described as "near mint". In fact, I didn't see any reason why it wasn't listed as mint. Only problem was it didn't have a SIM card at all, so I couldn't activate it right away. Had to go to a Sprint store the next day, where I got one for free. Rookie mistake, I guess.

I promptly received the item and it was in excellent condition. There was an issue with the Unlock and the Seller promptly corrected the issue by transmitting an unlock signal from the West Coast which enabled me to get the phone operational in less than 1-hour. As a trusted Swappa Seller, I would definitely recommend them to anyone who wants to purchase a quality cell phone.
