Extremely positive experience. Phone arrived within two days, was exactly as described, was able to put onto my existing AT&T plan no problem which keeps my bill extremely low. Would definitely buy from this vendor again. Only small detail - the charger is not Apple brand so once it popped up on the screen that it wasn't a recognized charger so it might not charge -- however I reconnected the charger in the other direction and it started charging. It strikes me as being slow, but it could be that's how the phone charges. It's definitely not a big deal, especially since most sellers do not provide a complimentary charger. So, for the price, this was an incredible deal and I am very pleased. Highly recommend working with this company and with Swappa in general. SUCH a find. Thanks!! MK in Brooklyn.

When I bought the phone, I was looking forward to getting it in the mail as soon as possible. However, for whatever reason, there was no update on the USPS website and so i emailed the seller, who immediately responded and continued to follow up with USPS and correspond with me until USPS updated their tracking information. Although it came late by 2 days, it still came through, relatively quickly. The phone quality was better than expected. Would definitely buy from this seller again.
