I was very pleased with how fast the phone was shipped, as well as any communication I had with the company. The phone itself works well, but does have a lot of scratches on the sides as if someone dropped the phone a bunch of times. Other than that, the battery seems to be holding the charge well and overall I am happy with the sale experience.

We ship USPS First Class Mail with a option for Express 1-2 shipping, available at checkout for $20. We try to ship same business day if ordered before 3pm CST. Will ship to Canada via UPS or priority mail if buyer pays full calculated shipping costs and we will not be held responsible once the package is dropped off at UPS or Post office.
Return & Refund Policies

We cover functional defects that arise as a result of normal use of the product only.
