Phone arrived without sim card tray, speakers were malfunctioning, seller took very long time to reply to complains. However, in the end, the refund was successful, so I'm hoping this was just a temporary lapse in quality control.

Scratch was a bit more noticeable than expected.

Ordered a T-Mobile S9, got an AT&T one.

Product was received.

Item arrived in timely fashion. The phone's microphone port was not working so I couldn't use it unless the speakerphone was on. The battery also needed replacement as the charge was not holding very long. I took it to a local repair shop and for $60, they fixed it both the port and replaced the battery. The phone is now like new. Not what I was expecting. Had I known this, I would have just about a newer version Iphone like the 7 or 7 plus than the iphone 6.... for $260 basically.

Phone was decently priced, arrived fast, the exterior was in excellent condition, and it came with a brand new battery installed as well. However, there was some damage to the screen (there are about 3 vertical lines running from top to bottom, as well as some weird ghosting/graphics glitches around those lines), and I would've been fine with it if it was something noted before the sale. But, I can just replace the screen on my own time, so I'm not too upset about it. Overall neutral experience.

Camera didn't auto-focus but they've done a great job with my return.

The phone sent was in a real good condition with the original packaging. However the listing clearly mentioned unlocked phone and what I received was a locked phone to Verizon. The return process was quite smooth. So I am willing to think it was a oversight

The device sent was defective. Seller was very active in resolving the issue and ultimately issued a refund in a timely fashion. My only complaint is their quality control.
