Upon notifying them that the phone did not meet our expectations (a Saturday) they were quick to offer a replacement phone or a discount for our trouble (the same Saturday). Well, the phone is a lot more scratched and beat up on the corners than advertised in these pictures. I would STRONGLY encourage you not to deceive your sellers on the quality of the phone they will be receiving. I was greatly disappointed with the condition the phone is in.

We ship USPS First Class Mail with a option for Express 1-2 shipping, available at checkout for $20. We try to ship same business day if ordered before 3pm CST. Will ship to Canada via UPS or priority mail if buyer pays full calculated shipping costs and we will not be held responsible once the package is dropped off at UPS or Post office.
Return & Refund Policies
We offer a 30-day money-back or exchange guarantee (excluding the shipping and handling charge) for all items we sell. We cover functional defects that arise as a result of normal use of the product only. We do not warrant any of (but not limited to) the following conditions: A) Damage caused by an exposure to water, B) Damage caused by excessive heat, C) Damage caused by improper use of an adapter/charger or voltage, D) Any software-related issues, E) Any other physical damages caused by dropping or improper use of force applied to the item. Aesthetic condition is not covered by the warranty.
