Fast shipping. A little disappointed that the headphones that came with the phone do not work with the phone because this phone does not have headphone jack. I incorrectly assumed that the headphones being advertised with the phone would have been compatible. Was not advertised as Bluetooth so I did get what was advertised. The phone is in great shape and shipping was really fast. Thanks!

Even though the phone i purchased was ultimately not accepted by my network, the team at MaxBack deserve six stars for their customer service. Not only did they fully accept the issue without hesitation, they jumped through hoops to help me get it returned acceptably and to receive my refund. The phone itself was also in as good of a condition that they promised, shame we couldn't use it. I will definitely seek them out for my next Swappa purchase.
