The phone works as advertised, although the charger is lower power than original equipment and the phone reminds me every time to use the original charger for optimum charging times. however it does charge.

Could not be activated on a virtual network running on Sprint. "Financial Eligibility Error". Had to return

There was a problem with the first phone we purchased, but seller was great to deal with and we were able to return it and get a replacement right away. They even gave an upgrade for our trouble. Great customer service. Phone in great condition. Havent activated yet. Thx for turning a bad situation into a great one.
