Shipped fast, but there was no communication through the Swappa system between us. I had to contact MaxBack's Facebook account to ask questions regarding the shipment since they uploaded the incorrect tracking number. Their Facebook account provided much better communication!

Awful seller. The phone's ESN was not clean so it was unusable. They did not respond through Swappa so I had to dispute the purchase through Paypal and pay return shipping out of my pocket. They did not even bother to mark the return as received (I paid the extra $3 to make them sign for it) so I had to wait for Paypal to review the dispute to get my money back. Please take your business to a responsible seller and help weed out sellers like this.

Shipping Policies

Please be sure that your shipping address is correct and you will be available at the time to receive the product as a signature may be required for receipt for the product. Please also to make sure if your residence is an apartment that the suite number is indicated in your address. We are unable to make changes to the shipping address and will only ship to PayPal verified addresses. Your item will be shipped within one business day, Monday through Friday, excluding holidays from the time of your purchase. If payment is received before before 1PM EST it will ship the same day.

Return & Refund Policies

We will accept the return of the product for up to 60 days after receipt for any reason except for abuse of the product. The product must be in the same condition as received and the same product. Serial numbers are recorded for verification.
