Please be sure that your shipping address is correct and you will be available at the time to receive the product as a signature may be required for receipt for the product. Please also to make sure if your residence is an apartment that the suite number is indicated in your address. We are unable to make changes to the shipping address and will only ship to PayPal verified addresses. Your item will be shipped within one business day, Monday through Friday, excluding holidays from the time of your purchase. If payment is received before before 1PM EST it will ship the same day.

We will accept the return of the product for up to 60 days after receipt for any reason except for abuse of the product. The product must be in the same condition as received and the same product. Serial numbers are recorded for verification.
