It's nice when everything arrives perfect, neat. Done.
However, it's amazing when there is a problem, but the seller resolves it so well it's unexpectedly a much more enjoyable transaction.

Not only did they take the initiative to mail me the phone with 2 day priority shipping but they gave me the phone just as advertised, i even took it to a cellphone store and they checked up with android, everything is clean and best of all NOT A FAKE PHONE!!

Great seller. Communication was amazing, bought this phone for my sister as a birthday present and accidentally put in the wrong address and MaroonMobile Immediately replied with steps on how to fix the problem. Phone got here and it was in better condition than i could have hoped for, looks brand new. Would definitely recommend anyone to buy from this seller.

We strive to improve our logistics and processes to make that happen each and every day.

Shipping Policies

We strive to ship every device within 2 business day when possible. However in most cases we ship within just 1 business day and in many cases we achieve same day shipments when orders arrive prior to 1PM CST. Your device will be shipped with accessories if applicable using FedEx 2-Day Express or option FedEx Standard Overnight if selected.

Return & Refund Policies

A device may be returned within 30 days of the date that tracking indicates proof of delivery. We offer an INDUSTRY LEADING 12 MONTH limited warranty as described in our listing addendum which is inclusive of this 30 days. Devices outside of the 30 day window are subject to repair or exchange only. The device must be identical condition to the way it was shipped and ALL accessories and or other packaging must be included to return the device. Returns are not permitted for any device damaged by a customer and all devices are inspected upon reception at our facility to ensure the device was not damaged. PLEASE NOTE, THERE IS A 10% RESTOCKING FEE ON ALL BUYER'S REMORSE RETURNS OR IN SITUATIONS WHERE THE ORIGINAL ACCESSORIES INCLUDED ARE NOT RETURNED WITH THE DEVICE. ORDER CANCELLATIONS ARE ACCEPTED BUT THERE IS A 5% CANCELLATION FEE IN THE EVENT AN ORDER NEEDS TO BE CANCELLED.
