Phone arrived a while after order but that was all on PO as buyer shipped device immediately. Item was almost as described, minus a smaller dent in the upper right hand corner buy buyer refunded me some of the total cost back for this. Was able to activate and use on my network as soon as it arrived. Thanks!

Great person to buy from phone was in better shape then I even thought and it shipped very quickly I would definitely buy from this seller again and would recommend anyone I know to purchase from him.

As for Swappa I have never been more pleased with purchasing from anywhere I was hesitant about buying a used phone from anywhere but swappa made this a good decision on my part they made sure the phone was able to be registered with Verizon and make sure the seller is honest unlike if you buy from ebay where you never know what you will get.

So Thank you both for a pleasant buying experience that I was very hesitant about doing originally now I would buy another phone from here in a heart beat when I need one, and I have even recommended a good friend to check out swappa because he needs a new phone and hes not eligible for an update yet and that he can trust this site and to check if this seller has any phone he is looking for..

This was my first purchase on swappa. I was a little hesitant a first but the seller's quick response and friendly communication put my mind at ease. Every question I posted was answered in a matter of minutes, the device was shipped on time and received in perfect condition. I highly recommend purchasing from this seller. I couldn't be happier. I received the Samsung Galaxy 3 and it is a great phone and exactly as good as described. The seller was very responsive to all of my questions and then shipped the device very quickly. This was my first time I've every been on Swappa or bought a used phone and I am extremely happy with my Samsung Galaxy 3. I am definitely going to tell my friends and family about the convenience and great service of swappa but in particular this Seller.

Shipping Policies

We strive to ship every device within 2 business day when possible. However in most cases we ship within just 1 business day and in many cases we achieve same day shipments when orders arrive prior to 1PM CST. Your device will be shipped with accessories if applicable using FedEx 2-Day Express or option FedEx Standard Overnight if selected.

Return & Refund Policies

A device may be returned within 30 days of the date that tracking indicates proof of delivery. We offer an INDUSTRY LEADING 12 MONTH limited warranty as described in our listing addendum which is inclusive of this 30 days. Devices outside of the 30 day window are subject to repair or exchange only. The device must be identical condition to the way it was shipped and ALL accessories and or other packaging must be included to return the device. Returns are not permitted for any device damaged by a customer and all devices are inspected upon reception at our facility to ensure the device was not damaged. PLEASE NOTE, THERE IS A 10% RESTOCKING FEE ON ALL BUYER'S REMORSE RETURNS OR IN SITUATIONS WHERE THE ORIGINAL ACCESSORIES INCLUDED ARE NOT RETURNED WITH THE DEVICE. ORDER CANCELLATIONS ARE ACCEPTED BUT THERE IS A 5% CANCELLATION FEE IN THE EVENT AN ORDER NEEDS TO BE CANCELLED.
