Slow to ship and lack of communication is the reason for not getting a positive review.

Phone was as described (Mint Condition). No signs of use and included the fast charger and cable. Shipping was slow. The seller advertised "We ship FAST with Priority Mail typically on the same day the order is received!" but the item actually didnt ship till the end of the third business day. If they would have shipped as promised I would have had it before the weekend. I contacted the seller and never got a response.

Phone looks great, working beautifully! Came with everything I needed. After only a couple of months the LCD screen had troubles (no fault of seller), seller helped me through every step of using the warranty and follow up after repairs to re-unlock the phone since Samsung did a complete reset.

Shipping Policies

We strive to ship every device within 2 business day when possible. However in most cases we ship within just 1 business day and in many cases we achieve same day shipments when orders arrive prior to 1PM CST. Your device will be shipped with accessories if applicable using FedEx 2-Day Express or option FedEx Standard Overnight if selected.

Return & Refund Policies

A device may be returned within 30 days of the date that tracking indicates proof of delivery. We offer an INDUSTRY LEADING 12 MONTH limited warranty as described in our listing addendum which is inclusive of this 30 days. Devices outside of the 30 day window are subject to repair or exchange only. The device must be identical condition to the way it was shipped and ALL accessories and or other packaging must be included to return the device. Returns are not permitted for any device damaged by a customer and all devices are inspected upon reception at our facility to ensure the device was not damaged. PLEASE NOTE, THERE IS A 10% RESTOCKING FEE ON ALL BUYER'S REMORSE RETURNS OR IN SITUATIONS WHERE THE ORIGINAL ACCESSORIES INCLUDED ARE NOT RETURNED WITH THE DEVICE. ORDER CANCELLATIONS ARE ACCEPTED BUT THERE IS A 5% CANCELLATION FEE IN THE EVENT AN ORDER NEEDS TO BE CANCELLED.
