Phone was shipped promptly and arrived in one piece. Product wasn't quite what I'd consider "mint condition" or "like new," but I'm not going to raise a stink about a few hairline scuffs you won't see without searching for them in direct light. Communication could have been better; I had asked whether or not the device would include it's original packaging and accessories, but I did not get a reply. The item ended up shipping with just the phone, charger, and SIM pin, thrown into a little paper parcel inside of the shipping packaging. These hiccups aside, I have no major complaints. The price was good, and the product came through fine. Thanks Maroon.

So far so good. The only thing I was able to see that wasn't 'mint' was a small black spot on the right side of the phone which mostly washed off. Fast delivery and functioning phone.

EDIT: There seems to be some charging/battery problems but I'll check back tomorrow to see what happens

We strive to improve our logistics and processes to make that happen each and every day.

Shipping Policies

We strive to ship every device within 2 business day when possible. However in most cases we ship within just 1 business day and in many cases we achieve same day shipments when orders arrive prior to 1PM CST. Your device will be shipped with accessories if applicable using FedEx 2-Day Express or option FedEx Standard Overnight if selected.

Return & Refund Policies

A device may be returned within 30 days of the date that tracking indicates proof of delivery. We offer an INDUSTRY LEADING 12 MONTH limited warranty as described in our listing addendum which is inclusive of this 30 days. Devices outside of the 30 day window are subject to repair or exchange only. The device must be identical condition to the way it was shipped and ALL accessories and or other packaging must be included to return the device. Returns are not permitted for any device damaged by a customer and all devices are inspected upon reception at our facility to ensure the device was not damaged. PLEASE NOTE, THERE IS A 10% RESTOCKING FEE ON ALL BUYER'S REMORSE RETURNS OR IN SITUATIONS WHERE THE ORIGINAL ACCESSORIES INCLUDED ARE NOT RETURNED WITH THE DEVICE. ORDER CANCELLATIONS ARE ACCEPTED BUT THERE IS A 5% CANCELLATION FEE IN THE EVENT AN ORDER NEEDS TO BE CANCELLED.
