Item received in great quality. Better than described and expected. Device was closer to mint. Would buy again!

Phone met conditions as advertised. Took 5 days to ship (3 business days) despite advertisement saying "typically day of" when I purchased it early enough in the morning that this shouldn't have been an issue achieving, and despite Swappa guidelines saying "expected to ship within 2 business days." No timeline given for arrival of device until the day following shipment. If I had known this was how my order was going to be treated, I'd love to have ordered it several days sooner before actually paying, because that's how I feel this seller treated me.

Note 5 received, as advertised, in very good condition, perfect screen. Little disappointed with the communication as the seller indicates that they ship fast, typically on the same day. I got to the end of the second day after the sale and I texted them to ask if they were shipping as I had not received an update. I did not get a response but did get shipping update in early hours of the next day to say it was accepted at the post office just after my call. Technically within the two days required but not as super fast as indicated. Otherwise, the product was great.

Received today and looking forward to using it.

Delay in shipping by one day, not a huge deal. Phone was listed as "Mint" but arrived with two small scuffs on the corners. Not enough to make me want to return it, esp since you can't even see the marks because I'm using a cover, but phone was not exactly "Mint". Would certainly buy from this seller again.
