It took a week to get my phone, and I had to place a call to the seller to get a tracking number, however the phone was as described and in great condition. I would do business with the seller again, but I do believe they should be a bit more diligent with shipping information.

Phone delivered promptly Verizon was unable to activate due to phone problem. Emailed vendor and was sent return label promptly. Then, nothing. Phone was received by vendor and I never heard from them again. They ignored multiple emails and calls over two weeks. I had to open a dispute with Paypal for a refund. Vendor ignored Paypal, too. Paypal found in my favor and refunded purchase in full.
I was expecting a gold color but when it arrived, the color was silver. Moreover, the shipping information was not updated on the website even though the phone was delivered. However, I would say its a positive experience since the phone condition is better than what I expected with just a few scratches.

I would say the overall experience was good. I wouldn't give a bad review. I'm not sure what happened but I got a Silver phone instead of Gold. The label and all said Gold. So am just gonna assume it was a genuine mistake. The phone is in pristine condition. Definitely like new. I hope to do further business with you guys.

Shipping Policies
We strive to ship every device within 2 business day when possible. However in most cases we ship within just 1 business day and in many cases we achieve same day shipments when orders arrive prior to 1PM CST. Your device will be shipped with accessories if applicable using FedEx 2-Day Express or option FedEx Standard Overnight if selected.
Return & Refund Policies
A device may be returned within 30 days of the date that tracking indicates proof of delivery. We offer an INDUSTRY LEADING 12 MONTH limited warranty as described in our listing addendum which is inclusive of this 30 days. Devices outside of the 30 day window are subject to repair or exchange only. The device must be identical condition to the way it was shipped and ALL accessories and or other packaging must be included to return the device. Returns are not permitted for any device damaged by a customer and all devices are inspected upon reception at our facility to ensure the device was not damaged. PLEASE NOTE, THERE IS A 10% RESTOCKING FEE ON ALL BUYER'S REMORSE RETURNS OR IN SITUATIONS WHERE THE ORIGINAL ACCESSORIES INCLUDED ARE NOT RETURNED WITH THE DEVICE. ORDER CANCELLATIONS ARE ACCEPTED BUT THERE IS A 5% CANCELLATION FEE IN THE EVENT AN ORDER NEEDS TO BE CANCELLED.
