The phone was dead when I received but so far the its holding up. The phone seems to be in very good condition
It came in barely visible scratches looks like a brand new phone thank you so much

Phone is in great shape but was shipped with an incompatible charger, which isn't great.
The seller was kind and easy to work with when I could get them to respond. I bought this phone specifically because it was advertised as an AT&T branded S20, which is required by the FirstNet network. When I received the phone, the IMEI was for a Verizon phone and couldn't be activated on FirstNet. I relayed this on Sept 12, asked for a refund or exchange on Sept 13. I received a shipping label on Sept 21, shipped on Sept 22. I had to involve Swappa staff several times to get responses. On October 3rd - 20 days after first asking for a refund - my money was refunded. I really wanted to not give the seller a bad rating - they were very nice when I could get them to respond - but the long delays in communication made this a negative experience.

Shipping Policies
We strive to ship every device within 2 business day when possible. However in most cases we ship within just 1 business day and in many cases we achieve same day shipments when orders arrive prior to 1PM CST. Your device will be shipped with accessories if applicable using FedEx 2-Day Express or option FedEx Standard Overnight if selected.
Return & Refund Policies
A device may be returned within 30 days of the date that tracking indicates proof of delivery. We offer an INDUSTRY LEADING 12 MONTH limited warranty as described in our listing addendum which is inclusive of this 30 days. Devices outside of the 30 day window are subject to repair or exchange only. The device must be identical condition to the way it was shipped and ALL accessories and or other packaging must be included to return the device. Returns are not permitted for any device damaged by a customer and all devices are inspected upon reception at our facility to ensure the device was not damaged. PLEASE NOTE, THERE IS A 10% RESTOCKING FEE ON ALL BUYER'S REMORSE RETURNS OR IN SITUATIONS WHERE THE ORIGINAL ACCESSORIES INCLUDED ARE NOT RETURNED WITH THE DEVICE. ORDER CANCELLATIONS ARE ACCEPTED BUT THERE IS A 5% CANCELLATION FEE IN THE EVENT AN ORDER NEEDS TO BE CANCELLED.
