Phone was in good shape and arrived promptly. We had a problem after one month with the phone being locked out from cell service due to some non-payment by previous owner. The seller responded very promptly and addressed the issue. It was handled immediately and professionally. I would say that this hiccup shows this is a trustworthy seller. 10/10 Seller. I was on the hunt for a Google Pixel phone for months that I could use for GrapheneOS, which requires a specific factory unlock (different from carrier unlock). I searched for months trying to find a seller that would just look at the phones settings and tell me if it was unlocked, and most just gave me a run around and wouldn't bother.
Ved was extremely helpful and gave me a list of devices they had in stock that matched my needs. Once I purchased it was shipped out same day and I received it 3 days later.
Unfortunately the original one they sent turned out to have a malfunctioning camera. I notified them about the problem and they promptly found me a replacement phone that was actually in better condition than the first. They sent over a return label, and same day they received the original back they shipped out the replacement which I got 2 days later.
Overall experience with them was great, no run around or bs. Highly recommend.
I received my phone in about five business days and it is in great condition. The description says "good" but I only see one tiny mark on the frame. It was unlocked and works great.

Shipping Policies
We strive to ship same-day via USPS Ground Advantage for orders placed before 1 PM EST, excluding Saturdays.
Please note that we are not responsible for carrier delays. Since USPS does not guarantee delivery times for Ground Advantage, we will only contact USPS regarding delayed shipments after 14 business days from the shipping date.
Expedited Shipping via FedEx/UPS (2-day delivery) is available for $20, billed separately, upon request. Orders placed after 2 PM EST on Friday or on Saturday with expedited shipping will be shipped on Monday.
Return & Refund Policies
No Returns on Brand New Sealed Devices
Returns are accepted within 10 business days, but please review the following disclaimer:
PayPal no longer refunds the fees from the original payment when a refund is issued.
If a refund is requested due to a change of address or change of mind before the item ships, the refund will be issued minus any reimbursement fees we incur and deducting shipping costs. A restocking fees of upto 15% might be added if the device is in different condition on top of the market adjustment rate.
If a refund is required due to a device issue that requires a return, we will cover the PayPal fee.
