Mint condition, just the seller said it would be.
There is minor nicking or scratching on the bezel and around the display's edge, as well as a little grime within the speakers', microphone's and charging port's recesses. It therefore isn't in mint condition like it was listed, but as another reviewer said: "...it is worth noting, but not worth returning."
As far as I can tell, the phone appears to function just fine in every way, and the sale was otherwise usual.

Please note that we are not responsible for carrier delays. Since USPS does not guarantee delivery times for Ground Advantage, we will only contact USPS regarding delayed shipments after 14 business days from the shipping date.
Expedited Shipping via FedEx/UPS (2-day delivery) is available for $20, billed separately, upon request. Orders placed after 2 PM EST on Friday or on Saturday with expedited shipping will be shipped on Monday.
Return & Refund Policies
No Returns on Brand New Sealed Devices
Returns are accepted within 10 business days, but please review the following disclaimer:
PayPal no longer refunds the fees from the original payment when a refund is issued.
If a refund is requested due to a change of address or change of mind before the item ships, the refund will be issued minus any reimbursement fees we incur and deducting shipping costs.
If a refund is required due to a device issue that requires a return, we will cover the PayPal fee.
