Phone shipped right away which I really appreciate. I had a sudden issue with my current phone and wanted a replacement soon. Phone is working well for the last week and is in good condition as described, mainly the screen and camera lens area are flawless. That is the most important to me.

We strive to ship same-day via USPS Ground Advantage for orders placed before 1 PM EST, excluding Saturdays.
Please note that we are not responsible for carrier delays. Since USPS does not guarantee delivery times for Ground Advantage, we will only contact USPS regarding delayed shipments after 14 business days from the shipping date.
Expedited Shipping via FedEx/UPS (2-day delivery) is available for $20, billed separately, upon request. Orders placed after 2 PM EST on Friday or on Saturday with expedited shipping will be shipped on Monday.
Return & Refund Policies
No Returns on Brand New Sealed Devices
Returns are accepted within 10 business days, but please review the following disclaimer:
PayPal no longer refunds the fees from the original payment when a refund is issued.
If a refund is requested due to a change of address or change of mind before the item ships, the refund will be issued minus any reimbursement fees we incur and deducting shipping costs.
If a refund is required due to a device issue that requires a return, we will cover the PayPal fee.
