I bought this phone on September 13th in good condition. about a month later it started having battery issues where it would turn off even when displaying a nearly full battery, it would then turn on displaying 10% or less battery, and shortly after would crash again and not turn on until charged. The charge is now lasting between 5-10 minutes after being unplugged from charging. In addition; although I have not dropped the phone once, the entire backside is breaking and the screen is popping out of the front of the phone. Overall the purchase is just falling apart despite me taking very good care of the phone. I feel as if I have been scammed. I would not buy from this seller again.
