Phone came fairly quick and was in great condition. Battery life was perfect, I will definitely order from this seller again
Shipping was prompt. Device works.
Packaging was a little less than I would expect for electronics. Just bubble wrap, and not particularly secure in the box. Item was just the phone on it's own, no cables/box which I suppose is my own fault for assuming they'd come with.
Most disappointing was that the phone, while listed as mint, had several minor scratches around the edges of the casing that were not visible in photos. Since it'll go into a case anyway, it is worth noting, but not worth returning.

Expedited Shipping via FedEx/UPS (2-day delivery) is available for $20, billed separately, upon request. Orders placed after 2 PM EST on Friday or on Saturday with expedited shipping will be shipped on Monday.

Returns are accepted within 10 business days, but please review the following disclaimer:
PayPal no longer refunds the fees from the original payment when a refund is issued.
If a refund is requested due to a change of address or change of mind before the item ships, the refund will be issued minus any reimbursement fees we incur and deducting shipping costs.
If a refund is required due to a device issue that requires a return, we will cover the PayPal fee.
