Item received defective

Phone was not in mint condition as described and had multiple cosmetic defects. Avoid doing business with this seller as your item will not come as described and they will refuse to let you return until you threaten paypal to get involved forcing the seller to let you return. BUYER BEWARE!

The item was shipped quickly. That's about the only positive thing I have to say about my experience. The phone I was sent was Lavender, not Blue. The phone stopped working after having it for 4 days and when I wanted to send it back I received attitude. As someone who has never had to return a phone before, I was not sure what an IMEI was and when I asked for clarification I was told that what they wanted was clear and did not receive an explanation. Multiple times I had to remind them to actually deal with my refund (stuff like "did you send me the shipping label yet? Its been 24 hours like you said", "Did you recieve the phone yet?", "Have you processed the refund? It's been over 24 hours since you received the phone"). Swappa staff had to step in and ask them to send me the shipping label, which of course they did immediately after staff asked but not when I did. This was incredibly frustrating I will not be buying from them again.

Unfortunately had to file a Paypal claim to get the proper refund on a defective phone. Shipping time was good.

SN doesn't match and phone won't process software updates.

Purchased a Verizon phone. It arrived as TMobile. Seller still had Verizon phones listed after knowing he sent the wrong phone to me and did not offer an exchange of the one they had listed. Waited until after those were sold to tell me none were avail. Ended up with even more time without a phone and paying $30 more for the same phone I purchased in the first place.
